My first stop takes me to Dacono, where a family’s air conditioner has decided to take an unscheduled vacation. Armed with my trusty toolkit, I diagnose the issue – a faulty compressor. Within an hour, cool air is once again flowing through their home, and grateful smiles abound.
Midday: Plumbing SOS in Frederick
Next up, a plumbing emergency in Frederick. A burst pipe has turned a basement into an impromptu swimming pool. Quick thinking and efficient work save the day, preventing further water damage and restoring peace of mind to the homeowners.

The afternoon brings me to Firestone for routine AC maintenance. Education is a big part of our job at M and M, so I take the time to show the homeowner how to change their air filter and explain the importance of regular upkeep.
